How a trip works.
Three steps, from booking to home again.
- Step 1
Book your trip
Call, text or book online. Tell us where you’re going, when, and whether you use a wheelchair or walker.
A day or two ahead is best
- Step 2
We come to your door
Not just the kerb. We help with the ramp, your walker or your bags, and get you settled before we move off.
Door-to-door help, every trip
- Step 3
Call when you’re done
Clinics often run late, so there’s no need to guess a finish time. Call or text when you’re ready and we’ll come back.
No charge for waiting on a late clinic

Mention your card when you book and show it in the van. We swipe it on the meter, so the discount comes off straight away, and you pay the rest by EFTPOS or cash.
