What we collect
When you book, we collect the details needed to provide your trip: your name, phone number, pickup and destination addresses, trip times, and any mobility needs you tell us about.
How we use it
We use your information only to arrange, carry out and follow up on your transport, and to contact you about your bookings. If you use a Total Mobility card, trip details may be shared with the scheme as required to process the subsidy.
This website
The online booking form does not store your details on this website. It prepares a text message or email on your own device, which you choose to send to us.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Contact us to make a request.
